How to shop on Promethean.Store

Browse the home feed or open the side menu to jump into a category.

Tap a product to open it, review the details, choose your size, and tap Add to Cart.

Tap the bag icon at the top right to open your cart. Confirm the color, size, and quantity, then tap Checkout.

Fill in your shipping details carefully — this is exactly where your parcel will arrive. Then tap Continue to Payment.

Pay securely with either Apple Gift Cards or Google Play Gift Cards. You’ll see a suggested breakdown of exactly how many cards to buy, and in which denominations, to match your cart total.

Example: if your cart is $3,000, we’ll suggest 6 × $500 Google Play cards. Just follow the plan — no math needed.

Gift cards are available at Walmart, Target, CVS, Best Buy, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, or online at walmart.com. Ask the cashier for the exact denominations we recommend on the payment screen.

Tip: keep the receipt until your order is confirmed — it protects you if a card was mis-activated at the register.

For every card, tap Camera to snap a fresh photo, or Gallery to pick an existing one.

• Front: point your camera at the front of the card so the full card number is sharp and readable.
• Back: flip the card and capture the PIN / redeem code clearly — scratch off the silver panel first.

Once all cards are uploaded and the total matches your cart, tick the confirmation box and tap Pay Now.

A secure verification window opens. Our team reviews your cards and confirms your payment — usually within a few hours.

You’ll see a live status on the order page. Once confirmed, your order status changes to Paid and delivery tracking starts immediately.

Open the Tracking menu from the side bar to watch your parcel move. Each day, a new verified courier takes over your parcel and their name, badge, and contact appear on your screen.

You’ll receive a fixed delivery date at 9:30 AM (Washington D.C. time) the moment your payment is confirmed — no guessing.

Tap the Support button on any page to chat with our team in real time. You can attach photos, draw arrows, or crop images to explain anything quickly.
